okay, i made it!!! as of today I weigh 301.6 lbs and my starting weight was 358.6 lbs which means I've lost a total of 57 lbs!!! I can't wait till I crush the 300 lb mark! One an awesome note, I went to the movies today for the first time in 3 years and I didn't have to wedge myself in - now, I did have to do a little shimmy shake, but it's only a matter of time before I can just sit down without having to juggle my chunky butt into the seat! Hello everyone! I am new to this message board but am anxious to check in periodically. According to my scales, I weighed 265 to start and today weight 227! Can we say "woo hoo???" My surgery date was June 29, 2007. I actually gained 10 pound while in the hospital from Friday - Monday; what a drag. However, I lost that 10 pounds plus 38 more now. I think I am 9 weeks post-op now and looking forward to the day when my weight starts with the number one again, instead of a two. :-)
