WOW...it's Monday already....time to WEIGH IN!!!!!!!!!!!!

Here goes....if you're around, time to Weigh in this week! Here's mine.... Surgery Consult....300.5 Surgery Day.....276 (-24.5) Today.....229 (-47) Total loss (71.5) I forgot it was Monday and ate before I weighed in, so who knows for sure. LOL Oh well, at least I showed a loss. I really need to work on getting all my water in...I've been slacking. I've also slacked on my walking...been having some pain issues that aren't surgery related, but it's put me in a funk. Definately calling tonight for a same day appointment for tomorrow. Just hoping my doc is back from leave after her ankle replacement, I don't want to talk to a different doc about it. Hope you are all having a FABULOUS holiday weekend! Pam

Count me in! I actually haven't done this before, as I usually record my weight every Tuesday (as that was my surgery day......something about keeping my weeks straight! LOL), but I figured why not do it today. Highest Weight (10/23/06)...........327 Surgery Consult (1/21/07)............321 Surgery Day (6/19/07).................297 (-24) Today........................................244 (-53) Total Loss..............well, that depends on which weight you consider the "starting" weight. Given that I tend to look back to the point at which I made the decision to change my life, I'm going to say that I've lose 83 pounds so far. Not sure which Olsen twin is the tiniest one, but I've definitely lost an Olsen twin! LOL Enjoy the holiday everyone! All the best, Bill

First Nutrition visit April 3, 2007- 316 Surgical consult May 5, 2007 - 295 Surgery day June 22, 2007 - 285 Today - 243 42 pounds lost since surgery 73 pounds lost total Rolling total = 388.5 lbs

Highest= 302 Surgery= 287 Today= 237 Total Loss= 65lbs!! ROLLING TOTAL= 453.5
