It's bed time for me and I like to post this before bed lol

Lunch: 2 Wasa crackers spread with about 2 tbsps each of crab salad
Snack: Pumpkin protein shake (you got me going on the pumpkin stuff!)
Dinner: 2 lasagna roll-ups. Prolly only should have had one, but it took me over an hour to eat them lol.

Thanks for starting this Donna. I maybe be MIA for awhile as its been a rough day here. Please say a prayer for my grandfather in law. He had a massive stroke today and the outcome is not looking all that great. I spent the day at the hospital and just came home to let my son get some sleep and then will head back up in the morning.
Only thing I got down was 1 protein shake and a couple bites of cantaloupe.
