What did you eat today 9/1/07?
Well today was one of those days where I have no clue what my numbers add up to. My sis is visiting with the two kids and we went to Six Flags.... so here is my meals for the day...
B: CIB
L: Immitation Crab & a Cheese stick
S: Soy Chips
S: Immitation Crab & Cheese stick
D: Bit of Wendy's chilli and a bit of chicken
LOADS of water... 81 oz at a minimum
Overall I think I got in all my protein, but lacked in the veggie and fruit department today.
