Well, it used to be cottage cheese with half a banana and a splenda packet mixed in, but then I made those protein pumpkin pie things and those are my absolute favorite now!

It's all Buffy's fault---LC Lite Cheese! Ties with Fage 0% Yogurt with splenda, SF strawberry preserves, and sliced strawberries. Tastes like a whipped cream dessert.
cashews and these milk based popsicles we have here in the UK called mini-milks. Just enough, not enough sugar to make me dump and each one only has 27 calories.
