What did you eat today 8/29/07?
I really need to figure out a way to bump my calories up without increasing the carbs or fat. Maybe I'll try to get another protein shake in later on tonight.

Breakfast: 2 small cottage cheese pancakes w/sugar free syrup
Snack: Protein drink
Lunch: 2 Wasa crackers w/ about 1/4 cup of crab salad spread over them
Snack: 1 cup Genisoy Smart Hearts
Dinner: 1 chicken thigh with about a cup of spaghetti squash and some homemade spaghetti sauce. Took about an hour to eat it all though.

It's almost 10 pm here so I'm not going to have anything more to eat and here's the result of too much running around and a 3-hour marathon telephone call with BFF:
Wake up 6 oz espresso, 4 oz NF milk (notice this doesn't change!)
B - Kroger brand Carb Master Yogurt (this is great and only 4 g carbs with 12 g protein!)
S - 1 wedge LC Lite Cheese
L - Kroger brand Carb Master Yogurt

D - 4 oz shrimp, 1/2 c lettuce/cucumber/tomato salad

Anyone eating protein bars? The nutritionist gave me one to try. Atkins Advantage Peanut Granola. About 200 calories, 8 g fat (!), 17 g carbs (but 0 sugar carbs), 17 g protein. She was fine with the values and said they are really good for breakfast on the go, particularly with the 0 sugar carbs and 17 g protein.

AND ACCORDING TO THE INTERNET I CAN BUY LAUGHING COW CHEESE AT THE LOCAL PRICE CHOPPER ALONG WITH THE BLUE BUNNY...........ONLY PLACE IN OUR AREA................I GOTTA TRY THAT CHEESE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!IT BETTER BE THERE OR I WILL GO POSTAL IN THAT STORE....LOL
