Taboo Topic???
We never talk about how and how much we are exercising. Any one interested?
I had been going to the fitness center 3x week for strength training and 2x week for cardio until Aug 9 knee surgery. Last week I restarted but have only made it 3 times total. This resulted in loss of 3 pounds lean body mass according to the magic measurements at the nutritionist's office. Gotta reverse that!

I try to do as much walking as i can every day starting to do sit ups push ups ( testing for pain on wounds) I can now run for about 1 and 1/2 miles at a time with a mile of walking added on running further and further each time and go for a run every other day. next month i plan to do some free weights along with running and hopefully can start rugby training in a couple of months
I speed walk 2-3 miles in the mornings at least 4 times a week...... sometimes its every day and sometimes its not. I also use an 8lb weight to do some toning on my 'lunch lady arms' (no offense to any lunch ladies out there). I'm still stuck in a stall and haven't lost anything for 3 weeks..... starting to get a little frustrated, but walking through it!!!!
