i had a bad food day!!!!!!!!!!!! protein drink :b 4 mini ranch rice cakes :L (i was on the road all day) we went to the diner for dinner and i ate from my daughter's plate 2 bites of chicken parm. and 1 fork full of spag. and from hubby's plate a fork full of green beans... (well got home and yup it all come back)

OK Buffy I'm blaming my new addiction on you! LOL I tried the Laughing Cow lite garlic & herb wedges and I"M HOOKED!!! I put a triangle of the cheese on 3 Kitchen Table Bakers Parmesan Wafer Crisps and gosh was it good. Three of the cheese crisps are 80 cals 0 sugar but 7 grms of protein. I got mine on www.bariatriceating.com They are also available at www.netrition.com. Rachel Ray had these as the snack of the day a while back. Jen

LOl - yep, I'm addicted to them too. They are so darn good and not that bad count wise either! I love cheese and so its so nice that I can have it without worrying.

I used to put a little Laughing Cow light on a Triscuit and then a thin slice of cucumber on top. Oh man it was good. I'm going to have to get back into that lol. Donna
