lol you buffy and those laughing cow cheese bites!
B: special K - protein Plus 1/4 cup with skim milk
S- 1% skim milk 16oz ( took me all day)
L- 1/2 a wrap with chicken and cucumber with the majority of the pita pulled off.
D- 3 slices of cheddar cheese- the cracker size. with low fat ritz and about 1oz turkey
I know i don't eat the best but i am working on it.

Today was my first foamie experience, ow and yuck! rushed home for lunch and rushing back had to pull into a field and pace. I cannot make myself be sick or I would've. Lesson learned, eat sloooooooooow
