B: EAS AdvantEdge Shake - took 2 sips and it all came back up-not even counting it. L: 5 Laughing Cow Cheese bites & 1 SF Jello S: Laughing Cow Baby Bel Light D: Stuffed Tilapia Filet - we'll see if it stays down, couple bites of sliced beets S: SF Bomb Pop 281 Calories 8 Fat 33 Carbs 22 Protein

lol you buffy and those laughing cow cheese bites! B: special K - protein Plus 1/4 cup with skim milk S- 1% skim milk 16oz ( took me all day) L- 1/2 a wrap with chicken and cucumber with the majority of the pita pulled off. D- 3 slices of cheddar cheese- the cracker size. with low fat ritz and about 1oz turkey I know i don't eat the best but i am working on it. Jamie

Buffy: I hope you get over the flu soon! Today was my first foamie experience, ow and yuck! rushed home for lunch and rushing back had to pull into a field and pace. I cannot make myself be sick or I would've. Lesson learned, eat sloooooooooow B: 1/2 cup cheerios and skim milk GNC protein drink made w/decaf coffee and sf kahlua syrup, yum L: 1 oz broiled walleye, 3 bites baked potato S: 5 peanut butter pretzel bites (haven't tossed them yet) D: crustless pizza hot dish s: sf bomb pop calories: 625 protein: 57

protein drink got a greek salad from penera ate 4 bites dinner tried a cheese rav.and almonds and veg's it was either lean cuisine or south beach can't remember at about 3 bites very good! had about a 1/4 of a 100 cal. chex fruit and yogurt
