I stole this idea from the Mn MB and it got me thinking about all us Julyers!
How is everyone doing? And, do you have any goals for the week?

Highest: 281
1st consult: 275
1 month check up with doc: 255
Today: 229 for a total loss of 52lbs (incl LD phases, pre and post)
My weekly goals are to make sure I get in my protein drinks and water. Not very imaginative, but...what I need to do. Happy about my wt loss so far, tho. How's everyone else doing? Take care, Jean
