What did you eat today 8/26/07?
You poor girl, just make sure to rest and if nothing else, drink all you can. Your body can live without food for a little while, but not without liquids. Warm tea or broth might make your tummy feel better. Oh, and flat ginger ale was a trick my mom used to use on me as a kid. Ginger ale always settle my upset stomach down. Might have to be diet ginger ale these days, but you could try that. Good luck sweetie!
Breakfast: Peanutbutter cottage cheese oatmeal
Snack: skipped
Lunch: 1 serving of zucchini oven chips
Snack: Protein shake
Dinner: About a cup of home made baked ziti made with Barilla Plus pasta. It took an hour for me to eat it, but it all went in without overstuffing (probably because I took so long!)
