hi: B: 5 strawberries & GNC protein drink S: 1/2 Pure Protein Bar L: 2 oz tuna with 1 tbsp light mayo, 4 baked wheat thins S: 1/2 Pure Protein Bar Late S: 1.5 oz tuna with light may & wheat thins D: casserole: lean ground beef, green onions, green beans & bean sprouts 745 calories 86 g protein (a record for me - too bad i had so many calories!)

Breakfast: Peanutbutter cottage cheese oatmeal Snack: skipped (super busy today) Lunch: 2 Wasa crackers with a tbsp of tuna salad on each. Snack: Protein pumpkin pie (recipe on Monday, you will LOVE this!) Dinner: White bean turkey chili Snack: Nother protein pumpkin pie, couldn't resist. 790 calories 85 carbs 20 fat 69 protein
