This morning started out rough for me - I won't be eating egg whites or sausage for awhile!

Weird day here again. I may not remember all the food but on fit day it was about 650 calories, 57 grams protein

glad you guys are getting loads of protein in! I'm happy to make my minimum today.

I was shocked at how many calories I ate when I plugged it all into Sparkpeople.

Despite all those high numbers, I lost two pounds! I'm posting this the next morning, and against all advice I do weigh myself daily. TWO POUNDS after all those calories!
