This morning started out rough for me - I won't be eating egg whites or sausage for awhile! B: 1.5 Egg whites, 1/2 link Sausage L: Elite Dymatize Rich Chocolate Protein Shake S: 1/2 Taco Bell Pintos and Cheese (minus the red sauce) 11 Mexi Crisps 1 cup lettuce with Wish Bone Salad Spritzer (Balsamic Breeze) D: 1/2 Cup Cottage Cheese Calories: 576 Fat: 18 Carb: 33 Protein: 77 I also walked 2.17 miles - I haven't exercised in 5 years and just started this week.

I had a protein shake for breakfast, a little rotisserie turkey and potato soup for lunch.

Yep, it all stayed down! I felt so good last night to finally get in that much protein and have it all stay down. I also lost 5 lbs last night

Weird day here again. I may not remember all the food but on fit day it was about 650 calories, 57 grams protein B: 1/4 cup new cereal with skim didn't like it B: GNC protein shake S: 1/3 Atkins Double Choc Caramel Bar L: 1/2 cup imitation crab with margerine melted S: 2/3 Atkins Double Choc Caramel Bar D: 1/2 cup imitation crab with marg S: 1.5 oz tuna with light mayo and 4 toasted wheat thins glad you guys are getting loads of protein in! I'm happy to make my minimum today.

Breakast: Cottage Beater © Snack: 2 Wasa crackers spread with hummus Lunch: 2 Wasa crackers spread with egg salad Snack: Protein shake Dinner: Eggplant parmesan Snack: About four 1 inch cubes of swiss cheese I was shocked at how many calories I ate when I plugged it all into Sparkpeople. 1226 calories 73 carbs 58 fat (thanks cheese) 98 protein Despite all those high numbers, I lost two pounds! I'm posting this the next morning, and against all advice I do weigh myself daily. TWO POUNDS after all those calories! Donna
