I'm shocked I've lost 84 pounds. The surgery for me was tough, but I am really digging my new lifestyle. It has been hard going back to work at school and running the magazine as my energy levels fluctuate. However, I believe everyone on this board deals with the energy rollercoaster. I just want to thank everyone on this board. You all have been such a great support group. Sorry no jokes in this post I'm near speechless. I haven't weighed this in years. I always tell my students its possible to make the impossible possible. They probably just scratch their heads when I say that, but you know I feel now I'm living proof...as all of you are too.

Good luck with your continued amazing loss. You seem like you are doing fantastic too....I have found having a fridge at work with bottle water stocked, cheese, and some emergency protein shakes has been extremely helpful. As far as the bottle water goes...thank god for crystal light and sugar free cool aid on the go.

Bill..... that is AWESOME!! I have only lost half of what you have.... exactly half actually... 42 pounds! I can't wait to reach the "I've lost 84 pounds" mark.... you must be feeling so wonderful!!! So proud of you!!! I definitely know what you mean about the energy levels fluctuating... some days I am soooo exhausted, but every day I am thankful for having this surgery and for all of the people on this forum!!! Congrats Bill!!!

Thank you, I do feel great. You seem like you are doing amazing too keep up the great work. This board has been my support group and has also had to endure alot of my non-sensical bad humor. Losing definitely makes the looooooower energy worth it.

wow Bill, that is incredible! You HAVE almost lost an Olson twin! I know what you mean about the energy levels. There are times when I just have to take a nap when I get home. Sounds like you are literally working your butt off, way to go! judi (who has only lost a little over a third of an Olson twin)

Thank you very much...by the way you need to post those cheerleading pictures. They would be um....a great motivator for the board to keep losing weight. (Did that sound innocent enough?) No seriously, keep up all the great work you are doing. Thanks for the motivation.
