Thursday Thankful for.....

Since Crystal is MIA for a few days, I thought I would start this today. I am thankful for today: My Husband My Son The power coming back on last night The scale dropping 3 pounds today. My better heath Less medications Today is my Friday TGIF

I'm thankful for my hubby my family my belly dancing class last night (it was harder than I thought... and my mid section is pretty stiff from surgery & my back problems... but it was a lot of fun) going camping this weekend with my husband and some friends being more active my scale started moving again shopping my feet/waste/neck/fingers being thinner i can't think of anything else... sorry i've been so busy that I haven't been on here lately!

Today I'm thankful for my wonderful husband, as always I'm thankful I didn't pass out on my walk this morning, it was too hot and I shouldn't have gone as far as I did lol. I'm thankful for my OH family, keeping me comforted and optimistic when the scales are being mean to me! Donna

I'm thankful... That I worked out for the 4th day in a row. That the scaled dropped 1 pound - the first loss I've had in 2 weeks. For my 2 kids. For my wonderful spouse. For the lunch that I actually kept down. Kyla

I am thankful for Pam doing this post while i have mia I am thankful for my clients and all the deals i got together I am thankful for me not breaking totally down when i dropped my son off at college and left him there I am thankful i have only called him 3 times since i left him i am thankful for my hubby and my children and my family i am thankful for ALL OF YOU ON HERE
