Well ok, I'll start today's eatin round-up!

***On a side note, you can go to the Taco Bell website, and look at any of their menu items with ingredients added or subtracted. It was awesome! I was able to find the nutritional value of the pintos and cheese without sauce. It's amazing how the numbers change when you subtract certain ingredients!
ok... I rarely sit down and track what I eat, but I'm gonna give it a try today. Ummm I slept late (my son and his friends wanted to wrap houses last night and we didnt get back til 3:30 am) so I had a late breakfast and no lunch. But I snacked on tender beef jerky throughout the day.
B: 1/2 scrambled egg with grated reduced fat mild cheddar cheese
S: tenderized beef jerky
L: didn't happen
D: smothered steak, mashed potatoes and gravy and green beans (small steak, mashed potatoes prepared with fat free milk and gravy was cream of celery/mushroom soup).... I had about 1/2 cup of steak and 1/2 of potatoes. I only had about 5 green beans.

Breakfast: Peanutbutter cottage cheese oatmeal (it's better than it sounds!)
Snack: Protein Shake. I tried a new one, IDS Vanilla Cinnamon flavor, which I got from bariatriceating.com. So far, very yummy. I'm going to try mixing it with some decaf coffee in the morning.
Lunch: 2 wasa crackers with a tbsp egg salad on each
Snack: Turkey cheese stick
Dinner: Maple salmon with some green beans. I'd say maybe 1/4 of what I ate came back up. Wasn't too bad today, at least it didn't last for hours lol.
