Well, it's only 9:48 a.m., but here's the plan: Breakfast: Protein drink with milk Lunch: LF Sour Cream & Onion Chicken Watermelon and a couple of prunes (no, not a whole watermelon!) Dinner: Salmon Edamame or Broccoli in Cheese Sauce (Green Giant has these great 60 cal singles)
