What did you eat today 8/20/07?
I am having a heck of time getting my protein in. I ate some cottage cheese today and it immediately came back up. I also ate a few bites of salad and started getting the foamies bad. We were out at a place and so it was hard but I finally took some sips of tea and it made it better. UGH!
B: 1/2 Power Protein Bar
5 Laughing Cow Cheese bites
L: 1/4 c cottage cheese
D: couple bites salad with balsamic vinaigrette
couple bites of Wisconsin cheese soup
S: SF Bomb Pop

does anyone see a pattern of here for me?! I'm so confused, I don't know what to do. Maybe I should stick to protein shakes for awhile.
Breakfast: 1/3 of an egg beater omlete w/ 2 table spoons of grits
Lunch:
I had some crab salad today that I made with low fat mayo, splash of tobasco, hint of lemon and dijon mustard.
Snack: Babybell Cheese
Dinner: 1/2 a piece of Salmon marinated in light soy and ginger...cooked with a splash of olive oil
Buffy: I've seen other people posting on the boards that around 6 weeks out their stomach's healed enough that they started having problems. You're about the same as me, 8 weeks out but I wonder if that is the case.
I think liquids and mushy are a good idea till you stomach settles down.
I'm not allowed raw veggies or salad till 3 months.

if i get the whole protein bar down: over 65 g protein, around 650 calories
Hmmm..My eating didn't go as easily yesterday either. First time in a while that I didn't get in 100 g protein; couldnt face the high protein shake so had 2 lower protein drinks.
Wake-up: 6 oz espresso w/ 4 oz NF milk
B - protein drink
S - LC cheese and corn tortilla flat bread cracker
L - 1/2 So Beach Chicken Caprese frozen dinner (won't be finishing this - it made me queasy)
S - protein drink
D - 1 oz tuna w/LF mayo
