Ya'll won't believe this......

I GOT IN A BATHING SUIT TODAY !!!!!!!!!! I went off with my husband and mom out on the lake with some family members and a few people I didn't know!! I knew these other people would be there that I had never met and for the first time I didn't care.... I wasn't exactly confident in my tankini but I wasn't self conscious either! AND..... yeah I went out on the jet ski's too!!!! The life vests they had fit me and I had a blast!!! Just thought I would share my happy day with you all.... I guess even though there are such depressing moments and stuff in going through this whole change, the happy moments are becoming more and more often!! WOOHOOOOO!!! Thank you!!!! It really was a HUGE step for me.... and believe it or not my hubby and I are now thinking about getting a jet ski now too (once he gets a job, lol).... who would have thought I would want to spend my weekends during the summer in a bathing suit?!?!?!

Congrats! See all this losing is fun! As we all all lose we all get closer to getting a better self image and one we are more comfortable with. Each day I move closer from my goal of being a chunkendale dancer to Chippendale ha ha.
