now ill add lunch i just had sum smoked salmon with cream cheese on triscits only 4 then i cant no more. how come it seems like everyone else is eating and drinkig way more than me, i mean its 1:30 and i am 30 oz fluids in i do protein at night i think i need to change it or something

Don't feel bad I am lucky if I can get 30 oz of water in a day. And I am still not able to eat what I should be able too. According to my doc and the RD. And I haven't been able to do protein shakes per request of my RD and They took me off all my Vites until I can eat more. I have been so dehydrated lately errr. Hang in there. *hug* I was just cleared to EXCERCISE! So I am hoping that getting my blood running will help my body need MORE (food, water, etc) I'll keep you posted! You're doing GREAT! Robin

Dont worry serena it will get better. MY nut told me to focus on protein first and if there was something I might fall short on to let it be the water. That doesnt mean to not try to get it in but to do protein 4 times a day and be drinking in between. Have you tried the special k protein water (i know you can get it at walmart). It is water that is flavored and has protein in it. I like the strawberry kiwi. I put it over ice or just drink it out of the bottle. JUST make sure it is cold. Try it and see if you like it! Good Luck! I know you are struggling. It will get better. Beth
