sorry for neglecting my little O.H. family!!!
I've been super busy at work this week and I've barely had time to get on here. I'm trying to get a raise so I've been working my butt off. I'm pretty sure I'll get it. My boss LOVES me!
I have a lot to be thankful for but haven't had time to post that either. Sorry for not posting my meals either. I've been eating but trying to cut back since my weight has stopped coming off as well. So please don't get too frustrated. It happens to all of us at one point or another. The goal here is to not let it get you off track. Some people don't lose weight very fast and others drop it like it's nothing! I've been kickin' up the exercise and starting a belly dance class on Wednesday. I never thought I'd be taking that kind of a class, but it sounded like lots of fun! The hard part about taking advice on this website is that every doctor says something different. My doctor told me to drop 150 calories and exercise more when I went to see him last week. I'm trying to do that but I only eat 1/4 c of food 3 times per day and don't see how I can afford to lose 150 calories, but he knows best, right?
