My son's first birthday today!!! B: 1 AdvantEdge Shake 4 laughing cow bites L: 1/4 c Taco Johns refried beans w/ cheese S: 1/2 c Cantaloupe D: 1/2 Ceasar side salad and couple bites mashed potatoes from KFC 351 Calories 7 Fat 44 Carbs 30 Protein ARGH - short on protein again and its too late to do anything about it now. Oh well, tomorrow is another day!

B: choc. protein shake -20 grams... I'm branching out... ran out of milk so I couldnt have my cereal! LOL L: 3 in turkey and cheese sub from subway... no bread S: Special K2 0 protein water- strawberry kiwi D: 4 bites of grilled chicken, 1 bite of potato and 1/2 side salad no dressing

I Did my most awesomest today!! whoo hoooo this is the most calories I have ever taken in since surgery. The fats a bit high but man am I proud! Breakfast- One scrambled egg with a whole piece of rye toast and surgar free strawberry jelly. 192 calories Lunch- Wendys side salad with low call honey mustard ate it all!! 225 calories Dinner- another salad with chicken in it. 185 calories Snack : sugar free ice cream sandwhich yummmy!!! only 100 calories Calories: 732 Fat: 32 Carbs: 39 Protein:26.73

B: lumpy (no blender!) chocolate protein shake Green tea L:tuna with a bit of low fat mayo, on this weird cracker I found at the grocery store (LOL) S: Protien water (stacker 2) D: some more of the tuna and cracker Snack 1/3 of a protein bar I went to the pool tonight and swam laps without stopping for 90 mins...alternating just arms, just legs and whole body..I was really proud of myself and I think I preffered it to walking Becky

bad day for me: Muscle milk - 23 p Protien water - 5 p grilled chix & veggies - ? p didn't sit well, veggie got stuck alot of pain the rest of the day today I feel better. But hey, I dropped 3 pounds yesterday.
