Sorry I didn't get to reply sooner, I was at work hehe. The only changes I made were adding some turkey pepperoni and mushrooms to the top hehe. I plugged everything into sparkpeople.com and came up with this per piece (assuming you make an 8 piece pie): 250 cals, 7 carbs, 17 fat, 19 protein. Since everything else I eat is low fat or fat free, one piece fit perfectly into my diet. The white bean turkey chili that Cleo gave me the recipe for is AWESOME. This is now a once a week regular in our house lol. Donna

We should make a once a week recipe thread like we do with the Monday weigh ins. I can start one if anyone wants to. Here's the turkey chili, yuuuuuuummmmmmy stuff! 1lb extra lean turkey chili (some think extra lean is too dry, but I think it's perfect) 1 can great northern beans 1 can diced tomatoes (garlic, oregano flavored, or plain if you prefer) 1 small onion 1 clove of garlic, or teaspoon of already crushed garlic from a jar. 1 tbsp olive oil 1 packet of McCormick mild chili seasoning (or hotter if you prefer) 1 tbsp each of oregano, dried cilantro and thyme (can be adjusted to your taste) Black pepper and cayenne to taste (leave it off if you're like me and can't take spicy) Saute onion and garlic in a pan with the olive oil until translucent. Add turkey and cook over medium heat until cooked through and crumbled. Drain turkey and add to large pot. Add in all remaining ingredients and heat through until bubbling. Set heat to low, cover and simmer for up to an hour. If you keep the heat low enough it won't burn to the bottom of the pot. It can be eaten sooner, but to me, chili tastes best when it slow cooks for a while One serving is about a cup, and I usually take about half that and it takes me half an hour to eat. It is so good my husband wants it at least once a week. It's easy to make too so it's not a hassle. A 1/2 cup serving equals = 122 cals, 10 carbs, 5 fat, 11 protein

Crud, I didn't even notice the mistake. Sorry Buffy It's supposed to be extra lean ground turkey. Sucks that we can't edit posts here! Donna

Yea, I wonder why we can't edit. Oh well, I figured that's what you meant. I went ahead and made it with the frozen chili mix. It was still good. I'll make it with Turkey next time
