I had a Carb Control Dannon Fit Smoothie A little soup that I added chicken too...I usually just try to eat the chicken and use the soup for flavoring A little soup "Again" a SF Bomb Pop

B: FF Yogurt L: 4 Ritz crackers with melted cheese D: 1 laughing cow cheese bite S: 2 TBSP cashews. I chewed and chewed them until they were mush. They were delicious.

hi everyone: i'm the pig of the group, no wonder you are all losing faster than me! B: 10 grapes L: 3/4 cup chili from Quiznos S: pure protein bar (1/2 am, 1/2 pm) D: small serving crustless pizza (prob 2 oz) calories: around 660 protein around 59 way to get that protein up Buffy, keep going!

Hey all! I think I am the pig in the group. B: 3/4 c. special K protein plus and 1/2 c. ff milk L: Order a 1/2 cobb salad from TGIFridays - ate the chicken and a little of the cheese- NO DRESSING D: 1/4 c. spaghetti with meat sauce and a bite of garlic bread. I know... I know... What do you all think... Am I eating to normal? I see what everyone else is eating and I feel so guilty. Beth

Beth: I asked my nutritionist about this because I feel like I eat so much more than everyone. She wants me in the 700 - 800 calorie range and the 60 grams of protein. so, even tho I feel like a pig, I'm going to stick with it, keep exercising, and be glad that I don't have to do protein shakes every day.
