What did you eat today 8/15/07?
Hey all!
I think I am the pig in the group.
B: 3/4 c. special K protein plus and 1/2 c. ff milk
L: Order a 1/2 cobb salad from TGIFridays - ate the chicken and a little of the cheese- NO DRESSING
D: 1/4 c. spaghetti with meat sauce and a bite of garlic bread. I know... I know...
What do you all think... Am I eating to normal? I see what everyone else is eating and I feel so guilty.

Beth: I asked my nutritionist about this because I feel like I eat so much more than everyone. She wants me in the 700 - 800 calorie range and the 60 grams of protein.
so, even tho I feel like a pig, I'm going to stick with it, keep exercising, and be glad that I don't have to do protein shakes every day.
