Lunch: 4 reduced fat Triscuit crackers with tuna salad
Snack: Turkey Cheese Stick ©
Dinner: Turkey white bean chili sprinkled with fat free mozzarella
Snack: Alternate peanutbutter cup. Mixed together 4 tablespoons of Cool Whip Free, a teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa powder (Hersheys brand), a teaspoon of peanutbutter and a Splenda packet. YUMMY!!

Hi Everyone,
Every morning I start off with @3oz of very warm decaf coffee. (It helps with the morning nausea I get)
B: @3 bites of protien bar
L: 3 bites of chicken breast, @1oz of beans
S: 3 lowfat wheat thins
D: 1/2egg with bites of turkey ham (yea, strange, I wanted egg)
Drank water all day and couldn't get the protein shake down today.
