Monday Weigh in Total (WOW)

Oh my gosh everyone. You all just simply amaze me! Each one of you is doing such a FABULOUS job and together we have reached an amazing number! I see it on my calculator, but I don't believe it. Oh who am I kidding....I believe it....YOU DID IT! We have beat last weeks number by quite a bit! This weeks total.............................. Drum roll................................. 1329.5 pounds gone forever!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep up the EXCELLENT WORK EVERYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Pam

Adding to that... ;) Highest Wt: 399 Surgery Day: 384 Weight today: 308 Total lost for good: 91 pounds... I haven't seen this weight in 15 years! Our June total is now 1420.5 pounds!

I am totally amazed. Keep up the good work everyone. My scales stopped moving about 9 days ago, but refocused and they dropped 3 pounds yesterday. Pam

Thats a little over a half of TON!! I checked the stocks at Buger King and McDonalds and their sales are down...lol I tell everyone its all because of our June group!!! Blessings, Valarie
