Eggs. I have been sick for hours after eating them both times. I think I am going to wait a few weeks and try Egg Beaters as someone suggested.

Guess I must have a strong stomach. I have had no problems with any solid foods that I've tried. I've had pizza, steak, eggs, all kinds of seafood and freshwater fish, chicken, pork. I haven't tried chinese food or my Mom's spanish cooking. The only problem was the Carnation Instant Breakfast right after surgery when I was on the liquid stage. Oh and the liquid potassium I'm supposed to take every day- Even taking it with food it upsets my stomach and I keep running to the bathroom. Sorry to hear that so many of you are having problems with food- I hope everything gets better soon.

Haven't tried bread yet .. but man am I craving it!!!! humm I have tolerated mostly everything. even tested out cabbage rolls, b-que wings, and Meatloaf. Granted I can only eat about 4 bites but I didn't get sick. I think I got a little discomfort from peanut butter toast.

Eggs. To my great sadness, I can no longer enjoy them. Whole eggs, egg whites, just not yummy anymore. So, once in a while, I'll eat them scrambled, which is the only way I can tolerate them now, but I sure miss a good omelette. I forgot, and last weekend, I made a little one with one whole egg and two egg whites, then some soy sausage and a little lf mozzarella. No go. Got a few bites in, so it wasn't a nutritional waste of time, but it just didn't flip my skirt up, you know? Back to oatmeal for weekend breakfasts, I guess. Hey, if anyone is a fan of oatmeal, I have a great recipe for Baked Oatmeal, which has increased protein from the use of milk and egg beaters. I also added some protein powder to it the last time I made it (first time post op), and it was really good still. Anyway, it's available to anyone interested. I got it from a diabetic cookbook a few years ago, and have shared this stuff with lots of friends. It's one of my favorite make ahead breakfasts. Take care, guys, Cindy

i get sick off eggs a lot, chicken, peanut better, crab legs, i ate this really big protien bar that after a closer look had 30 grams of sugar in it.. ugh.. fish.. i eat fast and get overfull. and then i just puke uncontrollably. you'd think i'd learn by now. my dr says my protien levels are 11 and they're supposed to be at least 20. so i got some pure protien bars from walmart and EAS myoplex shakes... but the bars make me queezy and want to sleep. so far the shake was goood. i need to make an honest effort at getting in 60 grams a day. so far i've not cared too much. but the nut. is saying now she will be worried if i continue to lose weight at the rate i'm going now.. which, i guess is bad. i think i just now started to dump.. i tried a couple bites of ice cream at like three weeks out and didnt have a problem. now, peanut butter and sugar alcohols make me queezy and sleepy and shakey. i guess that's dumping. i swear, i'd take protien intraveinously!! gimme a needle, lets do this! it would be soooo much easier.
