I KNOW I shouldn't have tried it.... but I have done it twice.... and pizza and I don't get along at all! Sorry to hear about the rotisserie chicken, I haven't tried that yet. It's weird some days my stomach is really sensitive to foods and some days it isn't.... but I'm having more good days than bad lately, hopefully it willl stay that way!!! Hope you feel better and find something just as yummy that you can eat!! ~Crystal S.

PORK!!! It doesn't matter what kind or how its cooked.. I will get sick. Tonight my dad grilled some pork ribs and brought them over. I made some stuff to go with it..... took ONE small bite of a rib and the flavor was WONDERFUL.... didnt get to the 2nd bite before I was making a run for the bathroom. ACK!!! I'm also having trouble with milk.... I really like milk too. The only other thing I've had a problem with every time is BBQ sauce. No other sauces or condiments bother me. Everything else i**** or miss. It might be a hit one day and a total miss the next. Mel

So far nothing has upset my stomach, but I've gotten sick from not chewing enough and having it get stuck. The worst one was brocolli. I'll probably not try it again for several months. Also got sick on some dry chicken. I sprayed it with some zero calorie buttery spray and the moisture helped it not get stuck. Then there was the eggs, ick. I love eggs, and my surgeon suggested mixing cottage cheese in with the egg and it worked like magic. I don't get sick on eggs anymore Donna

try dark meat instead of breast. I had the same problem, and this is what my surgeon suggested, don't have problems at all now. Breast is too dry and tougher. Bread is my evil food. Any shape or form. Toast or whatever. wraps, flatbreads nope nope nope

Either I haven't really had surgery or I'm like Judi (not adventurous) because I've had almost no problems. When I ate left over steak (medium rare filet) it didn't go well (the first day I ate it everything was OK) and 8 oz of NF milk in my protein shake the 2nd week post-op made me bloated so I haven't tried it again that way - just 4 oz at a time with espresso. It's too scary to think I can eat everything in what appears to be large quantities (smaller if the food is dense like chicken or tuna). I'm afraid at some point I'll want junk food, give in, and it won't bother me.

Cleo: that's what I'm afraid of too. I know we have to get a handle on the whole snacking/grazing thing while we aren't hungry but I am terrified of screwing this up. I bought some grapes to freeze and use as a snack but do think I've frozen them yet? lol
