Breakfast: Peanutbutter cottage cheese oatmeal
Snack: protein shake
Lunch: Turkey cheese stick
Snack: Pintos n cheese from Taco Bell
Dinner: Couple tablespoons of tuna and salmon salad in a small garlic and herb wrap.
Snack: 1/2 cup light ricotta w/splenda and vanilla butternut extract

B: 3/4 c. special K protein plus cereal with 1/4 c. ff milk
L: Atkins protien bar and 1c. air popped popcorn (at the movies)
S: 2 tbsp. simply jiff peanut butter with 6 wheat thins
D:1 chicken patty salad (lettuce,tomato,cheese,nuts,chicken patty and 1 tbsp.light ranch dressing) Ate all the chicken and nuts... but only a bite or two of the lettuce and tomato.
