I am at a stand still this week. Have had problems with my arthritis in my knee so I cut back on exercizing, and I can tell. Pre surgery 381 surgery 367/14 Today 311/56/70

Bariatric Info Class: 1/19/07 - 242 lbs Surgeon Consult: 5/15/07 - 223 (-19/19) Surgery Date: 6/27/07 - 212.5 (-10.5/29.5) Today - 8/6/07: 185 (-27.5/57) Ugh my weight loss has been really slow as of lately so i've gone back to the previous stage of my diet in hopes that it will be helpful!

I don't own a scale because I get discouraged too easily, so I wait until I go to a doctor's appointment to get my weight (for now), but I went friday so: Surgery Consult - Nov. 06 - 358.5 Day of surgery - 6-5-07 - 332 (-26.5 lbs) 1 Month Post Op - 7-2-07 - 308 (-25 lbs) 2 month Post Op - 8-9-07 - 284 (-23 lbs) Loss since surgery - 48 lbs ~~ Total loss - 74.5 lbs

Good job Jennifer! I'm starting to feel the same way about the scale but my doctor is big on weighing everyday!

I haven't added my numbers in for a few weeks - but I'll be here regularly now... Surgery Date/6-11/340 9 Weeks/8-13/273 Total Loss = 67lbs!! I thought the scale would never move again - and then it did! Yay!

Hi Everyone -- this is my first time "weighing in" but I want to belong to such a successful group!! Starting Weight 282 Day of Surgery 252 Today 210 Total lost = 72 lbs! (Wow -- that's more than my 8 year old son weighs -- and he's my oldest child!) I'm looking forward to getting rid of the "2" at the start of my weight .... Alex
