What did you eat today 8/12/07?
hmmm, I thought I posted this here but it isn't showing up so I'll post again.
Carbs are a little high but the new Sugar Free Banana Fudge Supreme Jello was SOOOO worth it really satisfied my sweet pms cravings!
B: none - DH let me sleep in and so I got up late
L: 3/4 c refried beans w/ avacado & sour cream and salsa
1 SF Banana Fudge Jello - YUM!
S: 1 Slim Jim Beef Stick
D: 1/2 cottage cheese,
1 EAS Protein Shake

Breakfast: Peanutbutter cottage cheese oatmeal.
Snack: Protein shake (tried Muscle Milk. Too high in fat/cals so won't do that again)
Lunch: Other half of my Subway salad, with about 1 oz of imitation crab meat tossed in.
Snack: 17 Genisoy crisps
Dinner: 3oz tilapia, 1/2 cup zucchini oven chips, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes. It took me like 45 mins to eat dinner lol.
