What did you eat today 8/11/07?
It was so hot here! And we helped put on a charity golf outing so we were in the heat all day long! I didn't feel like eating much.
B: 3/4 c. special K protein plus cereal with 1/2 c. FF milk
L: 1 bite of a ham roll up...and 1/2 of a meatball- it just didnt taste right... I was soo hot -so I switched to water instead.
D: Lean cuisine chicken and a few bites of the green beans
S: Choc. protein shake (new for me- I've really struggled with finding one I could tolerate- but this one did ok)
STAY COOL- GET ALL YOUR FLUIDS IN!!!! IT'S HOT OUT THERE!

They are a frozen treat... kinda like a popsicle in the frozen section at the grocery store. They have no protein but only 25 calories, 0 fat and 8 carbs, 2 fiber.

I just don't know if I can eat as much as my NUT wants me to. I tried today and I ended up eating less than usual so I had to force a snack down in the evening.
Breakfast: Omelet made with egg beaters, mushrooms, black olives, fat free mozzarella cheese.
Lunch: Boca burger with 1 piece of turkey bacon and a slice of colby jack (no bun)
Dinner: I tried some su****onight for dinner, it looked sooooo good in the store! I didn't get the kind made with rice though, just 2 small summer rolls.
Snack: 17 Genisoy crisps with some mild picante.

I just can't get down the amount I am supposed to.
B: 1/2 egg and 1/2 turkey sausage link, 2 small cubes canilope
S: SF hot chocolate with unflavored protein
L: 2 oz turkey and 2 Tablespoons mashed potatoes
S: 1/4 c. coleslaw
D: 1 South Beach protein bar
I'm not even at the calorie counting point. What's the point? I don't get enough in. My nutritionist told me to increase bananas, canalope, potatoes, legumes, and things that would increase my potassium.
