Just wasn't hungry today - I did drink another smoothie about an hour ago just to try to get some more protein in.

I felt like a rebel today, eating stuff I've been avoiding to meet my NUT's requirements lol.
Breakfast: Cottage beaters made with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light!
Snack: Cottage banana treat
Lunch: Turkey Cheese Stick
Snack: 17 Genisoy crisps
Dinner: Subway roasted chicken breast salad. Only ate little less than half.
At this point, I realized I only took in 8 grams of fat for my whole day, 40 carbs, and 550 calories. According to the NUT, not enough. Soooo, I made myself a late snack of a small burrito and here's my day's total:
797 calories
77 carbs
24 fat
75 protein
you guys are doing so well! way to add the extra smoothie Buffy. I had a crummy day again. Think I got dehydrated yesterday (went 10 miles on my bike!) so felt like crap.
B: 1/3 Fage yogurt with SF jam (yummy but filling)
S: Lt laughing cow triangle, 3 wheat crackers
L: 1.5 oz tuna with a little mayo
D: 3 scallops, 4 bites baked potato
S: handful peanuts
I did get 80 oz of water/crystal light in, tomorrow is another day!
