B: 1/2 c. Special K protein plus with 1/4 c. FF milk L: 1/2 of a turkey-cheese-lettuce-tomato on a bagel (didn't eat the top of the bagel.. just the bottom to hold it together) S: 10 nuts D: protein shake Drank lots of water today! It was hot!!! Beth

Buffy: you just made me feel better, I gotta suck down a protein drink too and it is 9:30pm ugh. B: 6 ****tail shrimp L: Lobster tail, 4 bites baked potato D: 7 grilled shrimp, 6 bites baked potato S: handful peanuts about 300 calories, 32 grams protein and too many carbs! (and i had cafeinne, tomorrow is another day)

Hi everyone! B: 1/2 scrambled egg (couldn't fini****) L: 1oz beans S: 3 Low fat wheat thins No dinner, just been drinking water and propel. Couldn't drink a protein shake today, couldn't get it down. Tomorrow will be better! Susan

B: oaxaca cheese & 2 ritz crackers L: couple bites of hamburger (made me feel yucky today, which is weird because i've been eating it for the last couple weeks) S: sf tropical popsicle D: 1/2 of a chicken breast (chicken rolled in light mayonnaise, parmesian cheese and sprinkled with breadcrumbs and baked for 30 minutes).

SORRY i missed this last night i was just exhausted B:protein drink L;picked off the buffet broiled fish,watermelon,cucumber D: couple pieces of cooked turkey snack 100 calorie chex mix didn't feel like eating much because i was so far away from home with a bunch of people and didn't want to eat the wrong thing and have it back fire on me.
