What did you eat today 8/9/07?
Buffy: you just made me feel better, I gotta suck down a protein drink too and it is 9:30pm ugh.
B: 6 ****tail shrimp
L: Lobster tail, 4 bites baked potato
D: 7 grilled shrimp, 6 bites baked potato
S: handful peanuts
about 300 calories, 32 grams protein and too many carbs! (and i had cafeinne, tomorrow is another day)
B: oaxaca cheese & 2 ritz crackers
L: couple bites of hamburger (made me feel yucky today, which is weird because i've been eating it for the last couple weeks)
S: sf tropical popsicle
D: 1/2 of a chicken breast (chicken rolled in light mayonnaise, parmesian cheese and sprinkled with breadcrumbs and baked for 30 minutes).
SORRY i missed this last night i was just exhausted

D: couple pieces of cooked turkey
snack 100 calorie chex mix
didn't feel like eating much because i was so far away from home with a bunch of people and didn't want to eat the wrong thing and have it back fire on me.
