i SUCK at this!!

Katie, first of all I LOVE YOUR NEW HAIR STYLE!!!!!!!!! GIRL you got to get some protein in...........i have a hard time with it too i think pretty much everyone does...but you have to make it happen........just look at some of the things that we post that we eat and get yourself a list together and get down to that grocery store.....and stop stopping by the jack in the box....lol.........i read your profile page on here and think about the lady you met and inspired you.......now you can do it.....OMG I AM psyching myself up (smile) you look amazing you can do it. i love you girl !!! crystal
