Well, I had plateaued for over a week, so I kicked up the protien, kicked up the walking (1 1/2 hours instead of an hour), upped the water and really focused on what I was doing. Other than that, the 9 pounds scared the crap out of me (maybe that's why it dropped off so fast??? Hmmmmm ) I called the surgeon yesterday and he said "It happens, but if you still have such massive loss over the next 4 days, come in to be seen"
Yesterday I was able to eat a 4oz Turkey Burger for lunch... it was so good, tasted so yummy... today, not able to get down a 1/4 cup cottage cheese... Infinate diversity is good sometimes, but ahhhhhh... to have SOME sense of consistency...
