Breakfast: A break from tradition. I found a recipe that called for 1/2 cup old fashioned oatmeal, 1/2 cup cottage cheese, a tablespoon of peanutbutter and a splenda packet. I divided it in half to save for tomorrow's breakfast. MMMMM good!
Snack: Protein shake
Lunch: Turkey Cheese Stick
Snack: Nother Turkey Cheese Stick (so unoriginal I know)
Dinner: 1/2 cup imitation crab cooked in 1 tsp olive oil and citrus grill seasoning, 1/4 cup of cottage cheese mixed together.
