2nd Day at the Gym... and it wasn't so bad!
Hi Everybody!!!
Well today was my 2nd day at the gym. Yesterday I was beat and sore. Today I feel much better.
I was able to do almost 1 hour of working out. I start out with about 5 minutes on the treadmill. Then use some of the weight lifting machines. Then back on the treadmill for another 5 minutes. I know that doesn't sound like much but for me its great because I've been pretty much bed bound for the last 2 years.
I am hoping to go to the gym 4 or 5 days a week to get healthy and stronger.

I haven't gotten up the courage to join a gym yet.

I admire your determination.
I've noticed with my bike riding that what kills me on day 1 is fairly easy on day 3. Must be working eh?

That's awesome Miguel! I've also been trying to kick up my exercise but I've had so much going on in my life that I've kind of slowed down again. Fortunatley I start my dance class on the 22nd (belly dancing - which I would have never taken before!).
I think it's great that you're getting out there and doing it! Keep up the good work!
