Thank you all for your responses yesterday. You all made me feel better, and gave me some great ideas. I get in my protein, as I drink a shake or two a day, but I don't eat frequently enough. Now I have a question about that...another post is coming.
Thank you all for the encouragement! I really needed it. You're right...I've never lost 31 lbs in 8 weeks before. In fact, I don't know if I have honestly ever stuck to a "diet" that long.
You've got me thinking about the calories. I almost never go above 500, and frequently don't even hit 450. I wonder if I'm sabotaging (sp) myself by not getting enough calories in.
Even though the scale isn't moving very fast, there are plenty of NSVs happening. I went to support group last night, and my hips didn't hit the arms of the chair. My knees & ankles don't scream at me when I stand up after sitting too long. I can walk and talk at the same time. I was able to take the youth group on a short hike at Queechee Gorge on the way home from NY Saturday.
