Hi Everyone, Today I had a good day, the water went down easier than before. B: 1 protein shake L: 2oz tuna w/sf mayo 4 low fat wheat thins D: Will have around 2oz chicken breast with a little cheese. Drank (so far) @20oz water and will continue.... Susan

Breakfast: Cottage Beaters© Snack: Cottage Banana © (see a theme with the cottage cheese or what?) Lunch: 1/4 cup refried beans, 1 grilled chicken breast strip (1/2 oz?), 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes. Leftovers from dinner the other night hehe. Snack: Protein shake Dinner: White bean turkey chili (Thanks Miss Cleo!) Unfortunately I went overboard on the carbs today which I didn't realize until I put everything into Sparkpeople.com I made up for it with an extra mile on the walk tonight....I hope I made up for it anyways 862 cals 100 carbs 15 fat 80 protein

B: 3/4 c. special k protein plus w/ 1/2 c. ff milk (finished most of it) S: 1/2 oz. nuts L: Light and fit yogurt smoothie D: subway mini wheat sandwich with turkey, provolone,lettuce,tomato -took majority of the bread off. Just had a little bite- it wasnt that great. S:cheese stick Lots of water and sugar free kool aid today! Beth

B. 1/2 banana with coffee Lunch I had lite and fit yogurt strawberry 60 cals. Dinner 3/4 cup tossed salad with 6 oz can of chicken breast 11 glasses of water yuck!@ Craving......... Lemons??? Blessings, Valarie

Sorry I missed this last night B: protein drink L; 3 shrimp and 2 bites of mashed potatoes D: 4 bites of a salad with turkey, cheese,and tomatoes on it came right up...(it's the cheese uggggh) snack:100 calorie pack of chex mix
