What did you eat today 8/7/07?
Breakfast: Cottage Beaters©
Snack: Cottage Banana © (see a theme with the cottage cheese or what?)
Lunch: 1/4 cup refried beans, 1 grilled chicken breast strip (1/2 oz?), 1/2 cup of mashed potatoes. Leftovers from dinner the other night hehe.
Snack: Protein shake
Dinner: White bean turkey chili (Thanks Miss Cleo!)
Unfortunately I went overboard on the carbs today which I didn't realize until I put everything into Sparkpeople.com I made up for it with an extra mile on the walk tonight....I hope I made up for it anyways

L: Light and fit yogurt smoothie
D: subway mini wheat sandwich with turkey, provolone,lettuce,tomato -took majority of the bread off. Just had a little bite- it wasnt that great.
S:cheese stick
Lots of water and sugar free kool aid today!
