What did you eat today 8/6/07?
Breakfast: My usual cottage beaters (I never tire of it!)
Snack: Protein drink
Lunch: Turkey Cheese stick
Snack: 1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese, 1/2 a small banana, 2 splenda packets. OMG it was yummy, like a banana pudding!
Dinner: 1/2 cup imitation crab meat, sauteed in 1 tsp olive oil and some citrus grill seasoning, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes, about 8 whole green beans.

I don't usually post mine because I haven't been able to eat because of the stricture problem, but today...
B: South Beach Diet Chicken Ceaser Meal (1/2 the chicken, parm. cheese, and dressing) Didn't eat the tortillas.
L: 2 little chunks of cantalope and 1 large chunk of watermelon YUMMM!!!!
S: Same as breakfast
No snacks and probably only 30oz of water...Man I cannot seem to get all my water in no matter how hard I try...including popsicles etc.
