high 345 ? pre 307.5 (6/11/07) day of surgery 294.4 (6/21/07) today 285 (8/6/07) total loss since pre-op: 22.5

originally weighed 246lbs. first dr.'s visit 236 surgery day 220 today 193 total 53LBS..

ok I hit a platue to but i am pmsing, but heres mine june 16th--290 surgery june 29th --275 today 247 total weigh loss 43 lbs i need to start walking more but i am sick with bad ear infections and i start a new job next week so i got to heal. off to bed with my protein.

Serena I am sorry to hear that you are not feeling well.....Get some rest and good luck on your new job!

Oh Serena, I'm so sorry you are going through the ear infections. Not fun at all! I hope you feel better soon. Oh and at least you only hit plateaus when you PMS....I gain 3-4 lbs. GRRRRR Sure wish he would have yanked that out when he was in there. Take care of you! Pam

Here's mine for this week: First Nutrition visit April 3, 2007- 316 Surgical consult May 5, 2007 - 295 Surgery day June 22, 2007 - 285 Today - 254 Lost since surgery = 31 pounds Lost total = 62 pounds

I don't have a scale so can't weigh myself everyweek. But.... Start of Program........ 12/06..........575 Date of Surgery......... 6/18/07........550 Now......................... 7/31/07.........508 I was pretty much bed-bound since November of 2005. Thanks to God and my family and my Girlfriend I have come so far that I have my first Personal Training session at the gym tomorrow. And even better than that I can drive my car again. As a truck driver it just killed me to not be able to drive. I've been lurking here everyday- but I like the support you guys give so I'll probably be posting all the time now (Just like Crystal...LOL) Once again thanks to all of you for the support and encouragement.

I'm glad to see you on here! You're doing great! My dad is also a truck driver and a contractor. He also had surgery after having to give up a lot of the things that he loved and driving was one of them. It was uncomfortable for him. He had surgery about 5 years ago and he's doing great as I know you will. Michelle
