? for the woman w/black throw up

HI, I remember a post from a few weeks ago where a woman was throwing up black liquid. I have had that happen twice. My surgeon has not been helpful at all and he said I was "making" myself throw up (in the middle of the night, 12hours after I ate!?!?), and that it may be blood. I was wondering if the woman who had the same problem talked to her doctor and what did he say? Thanks, Naomi

Hi Naomi, how insensitive was that what your surgeon said.....that's awful.I would definately get a second opinion.........does not sound good to me at all.......keep us posted

Naomi: when my mom threw up black coffee ground looking stuff she had bleeding ulcers. serious stuff. you need to go to the er. black blood means it is from deep inside you, bad sign of something bleeding. by the time i convinced my mom to go in she could barely walk and her blood levels were so low the docs were stunned she was not in a coma. you could be internally bleeding somewhere. please don't mess around with this. go to the er.
