What did you eat today 8/4/07?

B: 1/2c cottage cheese L: 5 Laughing cow bites D: Red Lobster 1 shrimp ****tail 2 snow crab legs, 1 grilled shrimp, couple bites mashed potatoes S: 1 SF Bomb Pop 321 Calories 7 Fat 21 Carbs 482 Protein Red lobster was SOOOO good! I'm so glad we went there. I ate a few bites of everything and felt so good about it. I didn't feel deprived at all. We left there and then went to the mall and walked around. DH was miserable he ate so much but I was feeling really good! I think we will definitely go back there soon!

Buffy so glad you had a great time and are looking forward to going back! I had B: good old protein drink L: some talipia and cottage cheese......puked it all up D;some tender chicken teriyaki strips (very good and lots protein) and some peas 4 goldfish cheddar i think 2 chunch pieces of watermelon

What happened ont he Talipia? I almost got that at Red Lobster but was afraid too since I have never tried it. I have several bags of it in the freezer.

Hey Buffy, I have ate it before but for some reason it just came back up...it was not the normal stuck in my throat.....It had been a couple of hours and all of sudden (it might have been the cottage cheese also, i am having a hard time with any cheese unless it is cooked on something)
