What did you eat today 8/3/07?
Breakfast: My usual Cottage Beaters (tm)
Snack: Protein shake
Lunch: Turkey Cheese Stick (tm)
Snack: a serving of Genisoy chips
Dinner: I made a concoction with a 1/4 cup of refried beans, 1 strip of grilled chicken breast, shredded, 1/4 cup of browned lean ground beef, and 1/4 cup of fat free cottage cheese (mostly to make sure it was moist enough). Added some onion, salt and pepper. Sounds weird, I know but it was pretty tasty. I didn't eat it all, but I plugged it into sparkpeople.com as if I did, to get a somewhat accurate nutrition count for the day.
