b:protein drink L: went to panera bread with some friends had some greek salad I know I know not the best choice but had some feta cheese and it was good... D:i had some whole grain spag. with 2 tspns. of sauce. very good in protein snack 4 chuncks of watermelon

Did the watermelon agree with you? I ate it several times when I was 2 weeks post op and it was fine but I've tried it several times in the last week and every single time it came right back up. I love it but it doesn't like me anymore for some reason.

yes it has agreed with me. I have problems with eggs and cheese...uggghhh

Breakfast: My usual Cottage Beaters (tm) Snack: Protein shake Lunch: Turkey Cheese Stick (tm) Snack: a serving of Genisoy chips Dinner: I made a concoction with a 1/4 cup of refried beans, 1 strip of grilled chicken breast, shredded, 1/4 cup of browned lean ground beef, and 1/4 cup of fat free cottage cheese (mostly to make sure it was moist enough). Added some onion, salt and pepper. Sounds weird, I know but it was pretty tasty. I didn't eat it all, but I plugged it into sparkpeople.com as if I did, to get a somewhat accurate nutrition count for the day. 748 cals 59 carbs 15 fat 88 protein
