What did you eat today 8/2/07?
Breakfast: 1/4 cup egg beaters, 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese. From this point on, I will be calling this Cottage Beaters
Snack: Chocolate protein shake. I added 2 sugar free oreos, Murray brand, and 2 tbsps of fat free cool whip into the magic bullet, omg it was like a cookies and cream Blizzard!
Lunch: Light string cheese stick wrapped with a slice of turkey lunch meat. From this point on, I'm calling this a Turkey Cheese Stick.
Snack: 1/4 cup boiled baby carrots and a 1/2 piece of flounder (the last of my leftovers from Red Lobster)
Dinner: 1/2 cup Wolf brand turkey chili, about 7 thin slices of zucchini oven chips.

S - 1 oz Laughing Cow Lite French Onion cheese
D - 3 oz turkey
