Breakfast: 1/4 cup egg beaters, 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese. From this point on, I will be calling this Cottage Beaters Snack: Chocolate protein shake. I added 2 sugar free oreos, Murray brand, and 2 tbsps of fat free cool whip into the magic bullet, omg it was like a cookies and cream Blizzard! Lunch: Light string cheese stick wrapped with a slice of turkey lunch meat. From this point on, I'm calling this a Turkey Cheese Stick. Snack: 1/4 cup boiled baby carrots and a 1/2 piece of flounder (the last of my leftovers from Red Lobster) Dinner: 1/2 cup Wolf brand turkey chili, about 7 thin slices of zucchini oven chips. 688 Cals 56 carbs 12 fat 78 protein

BF: 1/4 cup special K plus with protein and 1/4 cup of skim milk. S: 1/2 slim fast with protien Lunch: 1.5 oz turkey rolled up in a low fat slice of swiss s: EAS Protein shake D: 2 oz Tapika (sp?) its a fish...lol .5 oz of veggie chips

I had b:protein drink l:very small amount of wendy's chili with cheese just wasn't hungry today D:1 turkey meatball with some feta cheese and little bit of italian dressing on it 2cucumber slices soaked in vinegar 1tsp of baked beans snack tapioca,and 4 almonds of course all fat free or low fat and no sugar

B. Couple bites of an atkins protien bar (made me ill) L. Ceviche tostada (no shell). D. BBQ'd pork chop with tequila lime pepper couple of little red potatoes (i know potatoes are bad, but they're soothing on the tummy). S. SF creamsicle (yuck- made me ill as well)

B: Protein Bar L: FF refried beans. After the refried beans I got so sick I could not eat the rest of the day. I felt awful and like I needed to vomit all day. I don't know what happened. I had ate them before with no problem.
