Ugh... didn't do great with the snaking today, and tonight with the accident, I kept grabbing for the food, and avoided with some success...

how are you adding up your calories and protien and stuff? is there an online calculator or something? I'm not good a****ching that stuff. I think I need more protein. I bought some protein bars to try, but haven't had luck with them yet... My doctor doesn't recommend the shakes but I'm going to ask him about them when I go see him next week.
How are you all doing with water? I'm drinking about 60 - 80 oz per day.

Breakfast: 1/4 cup egg beater with 1/4 fat free cottage cheese.
Snack: Protein shake
Lunch: Light string cheese wrapped with a slice of turkey lunch meat
Snack: 17 Genisoy chips
Dinner: 1 breaded flounder fillet with the breading picked off, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes, 1/4 cup whole green beans
