b: about 1/8th of a ham/cheese omelet s: 10 almonds l: home made lunchable, 1 slice turkey, 1 slice swiss cheese, 3 crackers s: New Whey Bullet, 1 pint skim milk, 10 almonds d: Lunchable but with ham this time Ugh... didn't do great with the snaking today, and tonight with the accident, I kept grabbing for the food, and avoided with some success... Fat: 41g Carb: 42g Protien: 101g WHOOOOO HOOOOO!

yeah yeah I'm boring... B : 1 oz roast beef & 1 oz oaxaca cheese Didn't eat lunch S. SF cherry jello w/ nf canned whipped topping D. 1 chicken tender (homemade - w/ homemade bread crumbs) s. 3 chips a hoy thin crisps from a 100 calorie pack how are you adding up your calories and protien and stuff? is there an online calculator or something? I'm not good a****ching that stuff. I think I need more protein. I bought some protein bars to try, but haven't had luck with them yet... My doctor doesn't recommend the shakes but I'm going to ask him about them when I go see him next week. How are you all doing with water? I'm drinking about 60 - 80 oz per day.

Snack: Protein shake Lunch: Light string cheese wrapped with a slice of turkey lunch meat Snack: 17 Genisoy chips Dinner: 1 breaded flounder fillet with the breading picked off, 1/4 cup mashed potatoes, 1/4 cup whole green beans 575 Cals 46 carbs 11 fat 66 protein
