Got to go see Dr. Graniero today!!!!! Just my checkup I will let you all know if he thinks I am a hip new Chick now with my 50lbs weight loss...LOL

Hi Pam, my visit went great he said I was doing great and i looked great blah blah...LOL he told me i could eat anything but no no foods .........i don'thave to go bac****il dec. and then before i go 2 weeks before get all the blood tests done. Hope your's goes great as well and share when you get back

Crystal, Congrats on the 50 lbs! You are certainly a new improved chick and have made tons of newbies on here feel so welcomed. I applaud your efforts! I am down 55 lbs as of today! I pray to loose 10 more before my trip to Cozumel on Aug. 11! Every inch/pound counts in a swimsuit! Can't wait to hear what your doc tells you! Nanc

Nancy thank you for the applause.......my appointment went really well.....he said i am doing everything right i look great etc.............don't have to go back to see him until dec....and 2 weeks before i just have to get my blood work done...i know every inch and pound does count............can't wait to get my tall boots this winter and not have to get the extra wide calf.......or with the elastic in them...
