Breakfast: 1/2 packet of Muscle Milk in 1 cup light vanilla soy
Snack: 1/4 egg beaters with 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese and a sprinkle of fat free chedder
Lunch: Light mozzarella string cheese with 1 slice turkey wrapped around
Snack: 1/2 cup Light ricotta cheese with 1 packet of splenda and some vanilla extract.
Dinner: 1 Boca burger with a sprinkle of fat free mozzarella, 1/2 a serving of Genisoy chips.
Snack: Other half of the Genisoy chips
