B: 2 bites egg omelet with cottage cheese and diced tomatoes S: Peanut Butter Protein Wafer 5 Laughing cow cheese bites L: Champion Pure Whey Protein shake 4 wheat thins, 1 wedge of light french onion cheese D: 2 slices of turkey with swiss cheese & tomato all wrapped up - promptly came right back up! S: 1 SF Bomb Pop 528 Calories 21 Fat 36 Carbs 52 Protein

b:protein drink l:small bites of a grilled chicken and some mash potatoes d: some bites of beef very thinly sliced very lean that's it for today felt kinda full all day...drank lots of water and protein

Breakfast: 1/2 packet of Muscle Milk in 1 cup light vanilla soy Snack: 1/4 egg beaters with 1/4 cup fat free cottage cheese and a sprinkle of fat free chedder Lunch: Light mozzarella string cheese with 1 slice turkey wrapped around Snack: 1/2 cup Light ricotta cheese with 1 packet of splenda and some vanilla extract. Dinner: 1 Boca burger with a sprinkle of fat free mozzarella, 1/2 a serving of Genisoy chips. Snack: Other half of the Genisoy chips 835 Cals 53 carbs 21 fat 99 protein As a side note, the Muscle Milk = blech. Too thick, almost could eat it with a spoon!

- muscle Milk chocolate mint - almonds - bean & ham soup - 1oz chedder cheese - south beach protien bar - string cheese - chicken soup - cheese & crackers Seems like a lot, but they were small quanities of everything. I did feel better today, and didn't really have nay episodes of low blood sugar.

B: Yogurt L: Taco meat with shredded cheese D: Shrimp scampi from Longhorn ( I had 2 of the shrimp). S: No sugar added pudding cup from Hunts.
